Laps were about .26 miles. Friday's WOD was:
Two laps warm up
Stretch
1 lap
30 sec of push ups
1 lap
30 sec of crunches
1 lap
30 sec of burpees
1 lap
30 sec squats with cinder block
1 lap
30 sec curls w/cinder block
1 lap
30 sec heisman poses
3 laps finish hard
Trenton did it with half the lap distance except the first warm up laps, he did the full half mile. I finished with just over 3 miles and he was just over 1.5 miles. And he wanted to do more, he's a beast.
